These terms apply to cooked.fun ("cooked"), run by Cooked, the Netherlands. Contact: hello@cooked.fun. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.
cooked helps you stop trading memecoins: it watches the public wallet addresses you add, keeps your streak, and tells you and your sponsor when it sees a trade. It also offers lessons, a panic button and progress tools.
You must be 18 or older. Only add wallets that are yours. Keep your Telegram account secure; whoever controls it can log in to cooked. Only invite a sponsor who agrees to receive messages about you.
Paid plans are €9.99 per month, €19.99 per 3 months or €49.99 per year, including VAT. Payments are handled by Whop. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time in your Whop account, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
If you're a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because cooked starts right after you pay, you ask us to start immediately when you check out, and you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has fully started for the paid period. If something went wrong, email us anyway: we'd rather sort it out.
Don't misuse cooked: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, no accounts in someone else's name, and no using sponsor messages to harass anyone. We can suspend accounts that do.
We do our best to keep cooked working and accurate, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses or for trades we didn't catch, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update cooked and these terms. For important changes we'll tell you in the app or on Telegram before they apply.
Dutch law applies. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
